The NBA has officially announced broadcast rights agreements with Disney, NBCUniversal, and Amazon in a landmark deal worth over $76 billion combined over 11 years.
These agreements, commencing with the 2025-26 season, cover both NBA games and an unprecedented number of WNBA games. According to The New York Times, the value of these agreements is two and a half times higher than the NBA's current deals.
Additionally, the league turned down an offer from Warner Bros. Discovery to match Amazon's bid, ending a long-standing broadcast partnership with TNT that dates back to the 1980s.
