Following a tentative agreement with Boeing, members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers will vote again to decide whether to conclude their multi week- long strike. The proposed contract includes a 35% wage increase over the next four years and a $7,000 ratification bonus.
The strike has significantly affected Boeing, which recently announced a 10% workforce reduction, while one of its key suppliers had to furlough employees.
